Upon your successful application to my affiliate programme, you’ll be asked to agree with my terms and conditions stated below.

Welcome to the Conscious Marketing Club Affiliate Programme!

Here are the details on commission, payments, and tracking:

  • Commission: You'll earn 10% for each sale made through your affiliate link / unique discount code.

  • Payment Method: Your earnings will be sent to your PayPal account.

  • Payment Schedule: Payments will be made at the end of every month.

  • Tracking: You'll have access to a dashboard through my service provider Peach's. In this dashboard, you can see your sales, commissions, and earnings.

A few things to keep in mind when promoting my brand:

  • Eligibility: Anyone can apply to become part of the Conscious Marketing Club affiliate programme, but I reserve the right to reject applicants whose content doesn't align with my brand's values.

  • Brand Usage: I encourage you to spread the word, but please don't use my brand to compete with me.

  • Suspension or Termination: By joining this affiliate programme, you agree to follow my Conscious Marketing Manifesto. If I see content that goes against these principles, I'll reach out to correct it. If the issue persists and you don’t seem to be willing to change, I may remove you from the programme without paying any pending commissions. I take my brand and how promotional activities are done very seriously.

  • Link Usage and Tracking: Cookies last for 30 days, but if they're cleared, your affiliate link won't work. So I encourage you to share your unique discount code as a backup.

A few legal requirements to keep in mind:

Affiliate Disclosure:

You know how important honesty and transparency are, right? Well, adding a simple disclosure to your promotional activities can make all the difference. You have two options:

1) Adding a LinkedIn job experience where you mention that you are an affiliate — Here’s a quick video as an example
OR
2) Adding something along these lines to your promotional efforts — “Just wanted to let you know that if you make a purchase through my link or use my discount code, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Thanks so much for supporting Conscious Marketing!“ (it can be as a comment!) — Here’s a quick example of how I do this myself (scroll down to the end where it says ‘Affiliate Discretion’)

Trust me, not only is it the right thing to do, but it also protects you from any potential legal issues. So, go ahead and add that disclosure to your social media, website, or blog. You got this!

Tax Responsibility:

As an affiliate, you're responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings. I recommend consulting with a tax professional for guidance. Typically, this is treated as a freelance opportunity.
